Aditi Agarwal

Assistant Manager

Aditi Agarwal is an Assistant Manager at MSC, with hands-on experience in conducting and the management of quantitative and qualitative research across India, Kenya, and Uganda. She specializes in monitoring and evaluation, needs assessments, and landscape studies, with a strong focus on rural development and social equity. With a background in economics and development studies, Aditi holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA, where she developed deep expertise in grassroots program implementation and organizational development. Her academic and field-based training equips her to design and execute research studies that are both methodologically rigorous and locally grounded.

Her expertise includes:

  • End-to-end management of large-scale surveys and field research
  • Designing study frameworks, survey instruments, and data quality assurance protocols
  • Conducting mixed-methods data analysis using tools, such as Stata, SPSS, and NVivo
  • Training and managing field teams to ensure high-quality, ethical data collection
  • Translating research into evidence-based recommendations for policy and program improvement

She also contributed to a working paper published by the International Labour Organization (ILO) on social security, which reflects her interest in policy-relevant research and inclusive development.
