Joshua is based in Nairobi Kenya with 21+ years of experience in Technology for Development (T4D) within the African region. He has led several digital projects across domains in agriculture, health, education, and government transformation. His expertise includes stakeholder liaison and engagement, Program or project design and execution and leadership. He has led several projects in the African region such as the Kenya Health Informatics program, multi-country assessment on digital Agriculture- 47 sub-Saharan countries with ITU and FAO, ILRI and Save the Children. He is a champion for Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) with experience in database design, data exchange or inter-operability and has led multiple technology teams to deliver complex multi-country projects. Joshua’s leadership will ensure the scalable and inclusive deployment of a multilingual, mobile-responsive platform that enables youth agripreneurs engagement and regional interoperability, key to the project’s cross-country digital ambition.
