Judith is a Senior Manager in MSC’s Inclusive Financial Ecosystem capability. She is a digital payments specialist with over 18 years of experience. Judith has worked extensively with regulators, policymakers, commercial banks, FinTechs, Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs). Her expertise spans interoperable payment system design, payment-layer integrations, digital transformation, product and business strategy, use-case development, project management, and technical assistance design.

Judith has led multiple donor-funded programmes supported by the Gates Foundation, UNCDF, Opportunity International, the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI), and Financial Sector Deepening Kenya across Africa and Asia. Through this work, she supports the growth of inclusive financial ecosystems by enabling collaboration across public and private sector stakeholders and advancing scalable digital payment solutions.
Before joining MSC, Judith was the Technology Manager at Integrated Payments Services Ltd (IPSL), where she undertook various roles, from IT and Operations management, technical system design and execution, strategy execution, and project management. She holds a Master’s in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi. She is fluent in English and Swahili.
