Kamal Chhabra is a Senior Manager in MSC’s Government advisory capability in India. He is an Impact Investment Specialist with nearly 15 years of experience spanning program management, portfolio management, and debt investments across major impact sectors in the country. Kamal specializes in wholesale lending, impact and ESG investments, portfolio management, and blended finance structures.

Before he joined MSC, Kamal served as the Head of Business at Caspian Impact Investments Pvt. Ltd., where he led financial inclusion investments and established the organization’s Delhi regional office. His earlier experience includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC India), the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), and YES Bank Ltd., where he began his career in corporate banking. Kamal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specializations in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore, and a B.Tech. in ICT from DAIICT, Gandhinagar. He is also a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) in ESG Investing. Kamal is fluent in English and Hindi.
