Manish is a Principal Architect with MSC’s Government and Social Impact domain. He works at UIDAI Technology Centre, Bengaluru, and has been a computer programmer and software architect for more than 25 years. He has gained experience through a wide spectrum of projects with organizations that range from startups to large enterprises in India, the US, the Middle East, and Europe. His areas of expertise include client or server systems and business application design and development, Unix/Linux systems, networking and security administration, cluster deployment and operations. He is also adept at cloud systems day-1 design and deployment, and day-2 operations, which include site reliability engineering. He specialises in due diligence of systems, networking security and automation, transformation and orchestration of applications and workloads to next generation automated virtualization, and containerization using open source and cloud native tools and stacks.

Before joining MSC, Manish was an independent consultant working with various US and European clients. He undertook various roles from setting up and managing cloud-based operations, which included advanced networking and security considerations, to cloud native automation design, deployment, and technical assistance to internal IT teams.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Math, Statistics, and Physics from the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, along with a Bachelor’s level Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Software Engineering from NIIT in Jaipur. He is fluent in English and Hindi with working knowledge of Bengali, Arabic and Czech languages.
