Millicent Anyiso Sedi
Senior ManagerMillicent Anyiso Sedi is a Senior Manager in MSC's Agriculture and Food Systems Domain in Africa’s Anglophone region. She works in Nairobi, Kenya, and has extensive experience gained through projects across multiple African countries, which include Kenya, Burundi, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania, and Uganda. Her areas of expertise include agricultural business development, program management, value chain analysis, market systems development, gender and youth inclusion strategies, and livestock market systems. Before joining MSC, Millicent was the Interim Program Manager for Agribusiness Development at the African Agricultural Technology Foundation (AATF), where she undertook various roles, which included Program Coordinator, Gender and Youth Lead. Prior to AATF, she served as County Program Manager for the Livestock Market Systems Activity with ACDI VOCA in Kenya. She holds an MBA in Agribusiness Management with specialization in Marketing and Finance Management from Kerala Agricultural University in India and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Production from Egerton University, Kenya. Currently, she is a PHD candidate in Gender and Development Studies at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is fluent in English and Swahili.
