Rahul Agrawal is a Partner at MSC India, where he currently leads the global business growth of the Agriculture and Food Systems practice group. He has 25 years of leadership experience in business strategy, social impact, and sustainable development. Rahul brings deep cross-sectoral expertise across agriculture, health, nutrition, gender equity, education, and climate finance. His work spans South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa. He has a proven track record of managing high-impact projects worth more than USD 1 billion. Rahul’s work focuses on the empowerment of small and marginal farmers through high-impact, context-specific solutions that enhance productivity, improve market access, and build resilience to climate change. He has successfully piloted multi-stakeholder platforms, innovation challenges, and strategic partnerships. He has also built connections with governments, AgriTech startups, donors, and financial institutions to drive systemic transformation across agricultural value chains.

Before joining MSC, Rahul was the Director at Intellecap Advisory Services Private Limited, where he undertook various roles, which included the setup and management of micro-banking operations, policy development, and technical assistance design.  Rahul holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from the FORE School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India. He is fluent in Hindi and English.
