Rhifa is a Manager in MSC’s Country Program Development program in Indonesia. She has over five years of experience in management consulting, research, and policy analysis. Her areas of interest include inclusive digital financial services, MSMEs development, and women’s economic empowerment. She continuously hones her quantitative and data analysis skills and is well-versed in designing qualitative surveys and interviews, conducting market research, and using Microsoft Excel, Stata, and Spectrum. She has worked in Indonesia, India, Fiji, and the United Kingdom.

Before joining MSC, Rhifa was a Junior Policy Analyst at the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas). She holds a Master’s Degree in International Social and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science in London. She is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
