Ruchika Mehra is an Associate Partner in MSC and leads ‘MSME development’ and ‘FinTech, Digital lending and Platforms’ business.  She has 15-plus years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. She has worked across digital lending, MSME financing, personal financial management, corporate banking, and capital markets. Among her engagements are banks and financial institutions in India and Singapore. Ruchika’s areas of expertise include strategy and business development, product design, relationship management, team mentoring, cross-functional alignment, and navigating complex challenges to drive impactful business results.  

Before Ruchika joined MSC, she was a Senior Vice President and Head of Inclusive Lending at SMFG India Credit Company Limited, formerly known as Fullerton India Credit Company Limited. There, she led the development of digital-first MSME and education financing products. From her previous work experience, she brings valuable insights to build and scale businesses through innovative digital lending products, lending models, and customer journeys based on strategic direct sourcing and FinTech partnerships. She holds a postgraduate diploma in business management (PGDBM) with a specialization in marketing from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, India. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
