Shalom Waringa is an Assistant Manager​ at MSC Anglophone Africa. She works in Nairobi, Kenya, and has more than three years of experience in market research analysis, documentation, and design of financial models through projects with international funding agencies in Kenya, Ghana, and Togo. She is a highly results-oriented individual with experience in the profit and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise includes the creation and nurturing of relationships for institutions and organizations. She specializes in financial research, program management, business management software, market research, designing financial models, data analysis, and presentation with refined attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.​ Before joining MSC, Shalom was the Business Development Lead at Synnefa, where she undertook various roles, from market research and competition analysis to project management and product development. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Economics from The University of Nairobi in Kenya. She is fluent in English and Swahili.
