Senior ManagerVikram Sharma is a Senior Manager in MSC’s Government and Social Impact domain in India. He has more than eight years of experience in research analysis, e-governance, rural infrastructures, such as roads, social payment systems, drinking water, FinTechs, project evaluation, digitization strategy, policy analysis of government social schemes, and stakeholder engagement in the rural sector. He has worked on projects with banks, mobile network operators (MNOs), agent network managers (ANM), microfinance institutions (MFIs), payment regulators, international development agencies, NITI Aayog, and government agencies and ministries in India, Bangladesh, and Senegal. His areas of expertise include policy design, evaluation of government social schemes, e-governance advisory implementation and assessment of bulk payment systems, behavior-based research, and customer experience mapping, and user interface evaluation. He is also adept at strategy and product development for DFS, institutional assessments and risk analysis, market research, channel design, process reengineering, institutional branding, marketing and communications, pilot planning and roll-out support, monitoring and evaluation, and developing analytical frameworks.
Before joining MSC, Vikram was a Business Analyst at Ray India. He undertook various roles, such as the development of Ray India’s business portfolio in the assigned region, contacted clients to negotiate terms, and concluded sales. He holds an MBA in Energy and Environment from Symbiosis Institute of International Business in Pune. He is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
