CA Virendra Kumar Verma is the Finance Head and Deputy General Manager—Finance at MSC, where he has contributed for more than 15 years. He leads MSC’s global Finance and Accounts department to provide strategic direction and ensure strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.

Virendra’s expertise spans accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, grant reporting, internal controls, and risk management. Over the years, he has been instrumental in the development and implementation of financial systems that improve transparency, strengthen accountability, and support better decision-making across multiple geographies.

Virendra has managed financial operations in India, Kenya, Senegal, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Singapore. He has worked seamlessly across diverse cultures and regulatory frameworks. This international exposure has helped him support MSC’s technical teams in delivering projects with accuracy and impact.

A Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with a commerce degree from Lucknow University, Virendra blends technical proficiency with strategic foresight. Over the years, he has earned accolades for his collaborative leadership and ability to maintain financial integrity and enable sustainable growth. He is fluent in Hindi and English.
