Yogendra Kumar Bharti is a Senior Manager at MSC with 13 years of experience in digital finance, FinTech solutions, institutional transformation, and financial inclusion. He has led digital transformation, core banking system (CBS) implementation, and FinTech ecosystem development projects across India, Indonesia, and the Philippines. He has advised governments, financial institutions, and development organizations on technology-driven financial services, credit risk modeling, and alternative credit scoring. In Indonesia, he led the CBS transition for Coop TLM, which ensured a scalable and regulatory-compliant digital infrastructure. In the Philippines, he supported the institutional transformation of MiDAS, which enhanced its credit bureau operations and market positioning.

At MSC, Yogendra spearheads financial inclusion initiatives, FinTech platform development, and regulatory technology (RegTech and SupTech) advisory. He led a Gates Foundation-funded study on digital platforms and women-led microenterprises in India, which drove policy recommendations and digital inclusion strategies. He also contributed to the Integrated Digital Farmer Services Platform for the Government of Bihar, which expanded financial access for small-scale producers.

Before he joined MSC, Yogendra held leadership roles at KPMG India, Grameen Foundation India, and Margdarshak Financial Services. He managed digital lending, MSME credit transformation, and e-commerce ecosystem expansion. At KPMG India, he led the ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce) expansion and integrated major FMCG players, such as Unilever and ITC.
