Zaki Haider is an Associate Partner and the Country Director for MSC Bangladesh. With over 24 years of experience in international development, he has contributed to more than 90 projects and spent eight years as an entrepreneur. His expertise spans business development, entrepreneurship, project planning, business analysis, and solution architecture. His previous work primarily focused on the health, nutrition, education, livelihood, climate, and agriculture sectors, supporting governments, UN agencies, INGOs, and various donor organizations. Before joining MSC, Zaki Haider was a Chief Innovations Officer at mPower Social, where he undertook various roles, from setting up and managing micro-banking operations to policy development and technical assistance design. He holds a Master's degree with specialization in communication and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Cognitive Science both from the State University of New York. He is fluent in Bengali & English.
