Ali works as an Independent Consultant in the Digital Financial Services (DFS) sector in Zambia. He has over 10 years of experience in Digital Financial Services, Branchless Banking, ADCs, Business Development, and Customer Experience Management. Previously, he worked as a DFS Expert for the Mobile Money for the Poor (MM4P) program of the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in Zambia. Ali holds a masters in Business Administration from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
