Genoveva Alicia K S Maya is an Assistant Manager in MSC Southeast Asia, under the Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion Domain in Indonesia. She works as a gender equality advocate and legal policy researcher with over 7 years of experience gained through projects with the United Nations, international development agencies, civil society organizations, as well as government institutions and parliament members. Her areas of expertise include project management, programme design and evaluation, legal research, legal drafting, and government engagement. She specialises in research related to vulnerable groups and the intersectionality between gender and legal issues.  Before joining MSC, Genoveva was a consultant for human rights and gender programme support at the UNAIDS Country Office Indonesia where she undertook various roles, from co-designing and monitoring the implementation of programs aimed to break social barriers in achieving 2030 Global AIDS Target. She holds a master's degree with specialisation in Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2021. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
