Gusti Agung Rama Raditya is an Associate for Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) in MSC’s Indonesia team. He works across qualitative research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement across projects that cover inclusive finance, climate action and sustainability, and social inclusion in Indonesia.

He supports research across projects, including stakeholder engagement, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGDs), and translates findings into clear policy documents. He also coordinates engagement with government, business, and civil society partners. His recent work includes green MSME finance, EV charging infrastructure policy, and safeguarding frameworks for financial institutions. He works with government, international organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and think tanks.
