Shatha Safia Arundati
AssociateShatha Safia Arundati is an Associate in the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) capability in MSC’s Indonesia region. She is a research and consulting professional with experience in qualitative and mixed-methods research, policy analysis, and the development of evidence-based recommendations. Her work spans gender equality and social inclusion, financial inclusion, and public policy. Her project experience includes consumer and behavioral research, research on women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and public service delivery.
She assists project teams with research activities, analyzes findings, and contributes to the development of project deliverables across various domains. She has contributed to research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement for development and private-sector projects involving government institutions, development organizations, academic institutions, businesses, and communities. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Social Development Practice from University College London and a double degree in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia and the University of Queensland.
