Ha-Trang Nguyen is an Assistant Manager for MSC’s Inclusive Financial Ecosystem and Country Lead for Vietnam. With over eight years of experience leading program design, execution, and project management, she specializes in advancing financial inclusion and strengthening access to finance for underserved communities, including MSMEs and startups. Trang has extensive expertise in developing gender-responsive strategies that empower women entrepreneurs and support women-led MSMEs. She is deeply committed to building the capacity of small businesses and creating more equitable opportunities for Vietnamese entrepreneurs to thrive.
