Manoj Yadav

Manoj K Yadav is an international development professional with 15+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, and climate finance. He currently works as an independent consultant and researcher, after serving 11 years as Senior Advisor – Climate Change at GIZ, the German government’s bilateral cooperation agency. Manoj advises global organizations such as UNDP, Ernst & Young, MicroSave Consulting (MSC), and the MS Swaminathan Research Foundation (MSSRF) on climate finance, carbon markets, green taxonomy, and private sector development. His recent work includes a carbon credit proposal for TATA Group, a climate finance landscape study for the World Bank, and a Locally Led Adaptation Toolkit for MSMEs across Asia and Africa. Manoj holds degrees from LSE and XIMB, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Sustainability at IIM Lucknow.
