Shreya is an Assistant Manager in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) capability at MSC (MicroSave Consulting). She has experience working with development banks, community-based institutions, international funding agencies, microfinance institutions, and financial service providers across India and Indonesia. At MSC, Shreya supports projects related to financial inclusion, digital financial services, product development, and institutional transformation. Her work spans program design and evaluation, business planning, project management, and digital transformation initiatives. She has also contributed to stakeholder engagement, policy development, and strengthening financial service delivery to improve institutional effectiveness.

Before she joined MSC, Shreya worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG and as a Product Manager at ICICI Bank. In these roles, she gained experience in banking operations, business development, product management, digital transformation, and policy implementation. Shreya holds a master’s degree in Operations and Strategy from NMIMS Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Lucknow. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
