Yogesh is an Assistant Manager in the Community and Livelihoods capability at MSC (MicroSave Consulting). He has experience in financial inclusion, climate change, digital transformation, market research, and financial product development. He has worked with government agencies, non-banking financial Companies (NBFCs), and microfinance institutions across India and Indonesia.

At MSC, Yogesh has supported NBFCs and financial institutions in the design and refinement of products for education finance, affordable housing finance, and enterprise lending. His work includes market assessments, market entry strategy, customer research, process reviews, product design, and implementation. He also works on projects related to climate resilience, livelihoods, and technology-enabled service delivery. Prior to joining MSC, Yogesh worked with EY, where he gained experience in consulting and project implementation. His work centers on practical and customer-centric solutions that improve access to finance and support sustainable livelihood development.
