Tohurul Hasan

Program Manager, Digital Financial Service at Access to Information (a2i) Program, ICT Division. Tohurul is also working as the Capacity Development Expert. He is coordinating the Digital Financial Services Lab+ including citizen-centered financial product and service innovation, payment digitization, behavioral change communication on banking services, rural e-commerce and facilitating necessary policy and regulatory reforms.

He has introduced Agent Banking at the last mile e-service access points, the Digital Centers, in partnership with some private banks. He has also developed partnership with some national banks and the post office to create an effective ecosystem of financial inclusion
