How do we engage youth in agricultural activities? What are the bottlenecks and possible solutions

Ya, various interventions is very essential and crucial to scale up the agriculture sector development in particular and to eradicate poverty in general. Specially, for sub Sharan countries the youth (the larger portion of the total population) must be support through training, financial inclusion, technology, best experience sharing,.... to solve the bottlenecks those engaged and willing to engage in agricultural activities and to become productive.
