Kartikeya is an Associate in MSC’s Government Advisory team in India. He brings diverse experience working with government bodies, public sector enterprises, and development organizations on issues of social protection, CSR strategy, and community-based livelihoods.

His areas of interest include policy research, program implementation, and inclusive development, with a strong foundation in participatory approaches and grassroots engagement.
