Chief Architect

Kunjbihari Daga is the Chief Architect at MSC’s (MicroSave Consulting) Centre for Responsible Technologies. He has more than 22 years of experience in the design and architecture of large-scale, mission-critical digital systems, with deep expertise in digital public infrastructure (DPI), enterprise architecture, and trusted data sharing ecosystems. Kunjbihari has led complex, multi-stakeholder digital transformation programs across Asia, Africa, the United States, and Europe. He has advised federal and state governments on the design and implementation of inclusive, secure, and interoperable digital platforms, with a strong focus on scalability, trust, and contextual relevance. His areas of expertise include DPI-aligned architectures, interoperability standards, platform-based service delivery, and end-to-end program delivery. He has guided platform design, technical decision-making, and implementation planning across multidisciplinary teams, with a strong emphasis on reliable, reusable digital foundations. He has led the design and rollout of national and state-level platforms across agriculture, identity, and financial inclusion, notably the Bihar Digital Farmer Services Platform. He has also supported the UIDAI on innovation initiatives and adoption efforts.
