Pallavi Balakrishnan is an Assistant Manager in MSC’s Inclusive Financial Ecosystems domain. She has a background in law and public policy, and has previously worked as a legislative aide. She has a BA-LLB (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs. Pallavi has experience conducting qualitative and mixed methods studies on financial inclusion in India and Zambia. She has worked on projects with the National Payments Corporation of India, Gates Foundation, US International Development Finance Corporation, FMO Development Bank, Sa-Dhan, and others.
