Sakshi Agarwal is an Assistant Manager in the Health and Nutrition capability at MSC (MicroSave Consulting) based in New Delhi, India. She is a consulting professional with more than seven years of experience advising global conglomerates and development partners. These include the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Clinton Foundation, the ministries of health, and pharmaceutical companies. Her expertise includes health system strengthening, family planning market expansion, climate–health resilience, risk communication, adolescent health, and telemedicine. She also brings strong experience in strategic research, project management, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge management across Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.

She currently works at the intersection of health and artificial intelligence (AI). She supports the Gates Foundation-backed national initiative led by the Indian Council of Medical Research–National Institute for Research in Digital Health (ICMR-NIRDH) that builds evidence-based frameworks for responsible AI adoption across India’s public health system. Before joining MSC, Sakshi worked with CSR Works International, BDO India LLP, IQVIA, Swasti, 1mg Technologies, and Howard Delafield International. She supported projects ranging from TB impact documentation to adolescent health game design for USAID. She holds a Master’s in Development Communication and Extension from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi. She is fluent in English and Hindi, has a working knowledge of Mandarin, and is trained in Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and ATLAS.ti.
