Sidharth Prusty

Sidharth Prusty is an Associate in MSC’s Health and Nutrition capability. He is a rural management graduate and brings firsthand experience in field research, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder engagement across rural livelihoods, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and skilling.

His core areas of expertise include primary and secondary research, rural development and livelihoods assessment, CSR and program impact analysis, and data visualization. He is skilled at translating field and survey data into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-makers. Before he joined MSC, Sidharth worked with Mahindra & Mahindra, the Khadi and Village Industries Commission, and the Government of Odisha, where he led CSR analysis, institutional procurement assessments, and market strategy projects. He also completed a summer internship in talent acquisition at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Rural Management from XIM University, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics (Hons.) from BJB Autonomous College, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, India.
