We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive to join our HR team. The role primarily focuses on Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Acquisition, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and that the organization attracts top talent. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations, training coordination, and full-cycle recruitment.
Learning & Development (L&D)
(70%):
- Identify
training needs and conduct assessments.
- Design,
implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and
career development.
- Coordinate
with external trainers and vendors for specialized training programs.
- Maintain
training records, feedback, and reports to measure effectiveness.
- Assist
in organizing leadership development programs and upskilling initiatives.
- Manage
the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is updated
regularly.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
(30%):
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source
candidates using Linkedin, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen
resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring
managers.
- Ensure
a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop
and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Manage
employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies,
HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (LMS, ATS,
etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
