Judith is a senior manager in MSC’s Anglophone Africa Domain. She works in Nairobi, Kenya, and is a gender specialist with over nine years of experience gained through projects with non-profit, development, and private sector organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her areas of expertise include gender analysis and program development and management, strategic planning, and capacity building. She specializes in designing and implementing gender-transformative programs and policies, and safeguarding

Before joining MSC, Judith was a Gender Specialist at the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF), where she developed and implemented gender-focused training, conducted comprehensive gender analyses, and contributed to thought leadership in Gender Lens Investing. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi in Kenya and is fluent in English and Swahili.
