He has experience in conducting mixed-methods research studies around financial technology companies, postal banking, payments channels, urban policy, and livelihoods. He has worked on projects commissioned by the Gates Foundation, the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, and the Asian Development Bank. His areas of expertise include ecosystem landscapes, monitoring and evaluation, and market research.
