Gary Woller is the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at ME&A, an international development firm based in the Washington that provides innovative solutions for economic development and social progress in more than 70 countries.

He has more than 20 years of experience in international development, specializing in monitoring and evaluation. He is a former professor of Public Management at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, Utah. Gary has conducted dozens of evaluations and designed numerous performance monitoring systems in more than 30 countries across Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin America for USAID and the U.S. Department of State, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the World Bank, among others.
