Isaac Holly Ogwal is Country Technical Specialist at UNCDF, Uganda.

Isaac Holly is a Country Technical Specialist with the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) overseeing activities of the Pacific financial inclusion Programme (PFIP) based in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Prior to his role in the Pacific, Isaac worked as a DFS expert for the UNCDF-MM4P programme based in Uganda. Isaac also worked as a senior manager in the digital Finance domain at MSC from Oct 2014 to Oct 2015. Having also worked with Coca-Cola, Warid telecom and Bharti Airtel, Isaac developed vast experience in aspects of sales, distribution, marketing, product development, and client-relationship management. This brings along direct experience with telecoms and mobile money transfer. Isaac is Interested in mobile money study and services.
