Before joining MSC, Dr. Manmohan Singh was a State Specialist Quality at the India Health Action Trust. He was responsible for the roll-out of the LaQshya program, strengthening the labor rooms and operation theaters in the designated district women’s hospitals in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. Manmohan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from Indira Gandhi Government Dental College, University of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the Indian Institute of Public Health (IIPH), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, and an MBA in Hospital & Health System from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, India. He is fluent in Hindi and English.
