Rajarshi is an Associate Partner in MSC’s Inclusive Finance and Banking domain in India. He has more than 14 years of experience as a consultant, project manager, and product manager, supporting multiple FSPs of various forms and scales in numerous countries.

He has led and contributed to various mission-critical projects for banks, NBFCs, and MFIs. Some examples of such work include the implementation of SPM indicators, the launch of new products, and guiding institutions on digital transformation. His countries of experience include India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, the Philippines, Rwanda, and Mozambique. Rajarshi specializes in product development, process reengineering, technology adoption by FSPs, strategic planning, and portfolio management. Rajarshi’s recent work focuses on project management, product development, digital transformation, and implementing best practices on client protection and responsible lending. Rajarshi has a Postgraduate Diploma in Conservation and Livelihoods Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Assamese, and Bengali.
