Rridhee Malhotra

Rridhee is currently working as the AVP of Product and Strategy at Intelligent Machine Labs. Intelligent Machines Lab, part of Boston based VC Innospark Ventures, is a growth stage start-up working at the intersection of AI and the Future of Work.

Rridhee worked as an Assistant Manager in Government to People (G2P) Payments at MSC. After leaving MSC, she has worked as a Summer Associate at both the World Bank Group and Mooti. She is currently working as the AVP of Product and Strategy at Intelligent Machine Labs. In four and a half years of her work experience across not for profit, private and public sectors, Rridhee has closely worked with Indian government to strengthen country’s public service delivery system using technology. She has worked extensively with governments on implementing tech enabled, equity driven projects such as cash transfers for food, cooking fuel subsidy, fertilizer distribution, and the National Financial Inclusion Mission, among others.
