Ana works as a Senior Social Performance Specialist in MMG Limited, a mining company in Melbourne, Australia.

Previously, she has worked as a Financial Inclusion Impact and Evaluation Expert Advisor for the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in Bangladesh. Ana holds a PhD in International Community Economic Development from the Southern New Hampshire University.
