Aquilina Galang-Onesa is the Head of the Product Development Services Unit of Tulay sa Pag-unlad, Inc. (TSPI), where she has served for more than 10 years.

She is a Human Ecology graduate and a major in Human Settlements Planning from the University of Philippines, Los Banos. Before joining TSPI, Aquilina was a Program Officer in the Asian NGO Coalition for Agrarian Reform and Rural Development. She also has a Masters in Entrepreneurship for Social Development at the Asian Institute of Management.
