His specialties include digital financial services, mobile telecoms, mobile banking, financial inclusion, microcredit, microsavings, and microinsurance. Ben  has also worked as the Director of Deloitte Digital where he delivered new and transformative digitally enabled financial services capabilities for his clients across the South East Asian region.
