Dayo Forster is a financial inclusion specialist. She is currently the Project Lead for Fundación Capital, a social enterprise that improves the financial lives of people living in poverty around the world.

In her current role as the Project Lead with Fundación Capital in Africa, Dayo is responsible to expand the footprint of the organization in Africa through fresh design approaches to combat poverty through financial inclusion. She has over 20 years of experience with data and surveys in various African countries. Dayo has worked primarily in the financial sector and health-related projects in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, and India. Her practical skills include project design and implementation as well as deep data dives and thematic research reviews.
