She has 13 years of experience in the development and financial sector, microfinance, livelihoods, project management, enterprise promotion, business development and training.

Sonmani worked as a Senior Analyst with MSC. She is a professional with about 13 years of experience in the development & financial sector, microfinance, livelihoods, project management, enterprise promotion, business development and training. She has acquired relevant expertise in financial inclusion, project management, institutional risk and need assessment, credit and other financial support delivery to all channels of credit and service delivery, such as MFIs, Societies, Self Help Group promoting institutions, and corporate Business Correspondents. Sonmani is also well exposed to financial inclusion through Access to Finance, Policy Advocacy, and gender development account of my present association with Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).
