Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies across various channels (website, social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc., email) to align with project objectives.
  • Effectively manage content calendars, deadlines, and distribution schedules to ensure a consistent and impactful content flow.
  • Generate high-quality, compelling content, including multimedia assets such as images, videos, and infographics.
  • Utilize events, workshops, and webinars for content creation and amplification of WEP work; conduct interviews with key attendees for video bytes and collateral creation for post-event dissemination.
  • Formulate communication strategies for WEP events, covering pre, post, and during the event phases.
  • Oversee and optimize various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and search engine optimization.
  • Monitor and analyse website and social media analytics to identify areas for improvement, providing monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Keep updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to inform content ideation and development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and promotion strategies, including SEO best practices, keyword research, and optimization.
  • Display the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision.



Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Communication, English, or related fields.
  • Master's Degree in equivalent areas such as Business Management, Communication, or English.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on detail.
  • Proven capability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
