Detailed Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
Maintaining accurate books of accounts
Processing payroll
Handling payments to vendors, consultants, and reimbursement claims
Managing Petty Cash in accordance with company policy
Ensuring compliance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Preparing Financial Statements and management reports
Assisting the Auditor in auditing the Financial Statement
Reconciling bank statements and verifying the accuracy of financial data
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Requirements
Qualifications:
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Sarjana Akuntansi) or CPA
