Germina Ssemogerere is a Professor in the Department of Economics and the Associate Dean for the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Makerere University, Uganda.

Germina Namatovu Ssemogerere is a Professor in the School of Economics, College of Business and Management Sciences at Makerere University, Uganda. She has written research papers as a Consultant for various institutions like the World Bank and the African Development Bank. Germina is married to Paul Ssemogerere, who has been the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Uganda.
