Philip Rowan is the Lead of Regulatory Innovation at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, an international interdisciplinary academic research institute dedicated to the study of alternative finance.

Philip Rowan is the Lead of Regulatory Innovation at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, an international interdisciplinary academic research institute dedicated to the study of alternative finance. Prior to this, he was the International Lead of Innovation Hub at the Financial Conduct Authority. Philip has also worked as a Finance and Private Sector Development Analyst  at CGAP (The World Bank Group) and as an Economist at the Competition and Markets Authority.
