Elwyn was a Manager in MSC’s Country Program Development, Indonesia. He is a former senior banker with over twelve years of experience in development projects and the financial sector. Elwyn specializes in research, policy analysis, strategy, and business development for issues like digital financial inclusion, microfinance and banking, poverty reduction, digitizing G2P programs, social and economic inclusion, and gender issues.
