In MSC, she provides technical inputs for capacity building of microfinance institutions (MFIs). Rahmi’s work focuses on institutional assessment of microfinance institutions (MFIs), market research studies for product development/refinement, process mapping/re-engineering, strengthening internal audit and control systems of MFIs, developing strategic business plans, designing staff incentive schemes, etc.
