Rahmi Yunaningsih

Manager

Rahmi was working as a Manager in MSC’s Country Programme Development for Indonesia. She has more than ten years of experience in the banking and microfinance industry of Indonesia.

In MSC, she provides technical inputs for capacity building of microfinance institutions (MFIs). Rahmi’s work focuses on institutional assessment of microfinance institutions (MFIs), market research studies for product development/refinement, process mapping/re-engineering, strengthening internal audit and control systems of MFIs, developing strategic business plans, designing staff incentive schemes, etc.
