Krunal Thakkar is a Senior Analyst in MSC’s Digital Financial Services domain focused on Payments and Distribution in India. He has worked in the financial services sector under microfinance, FinTech, and microinsurance domains for the LMI segment for the last 5 years.

Before joining MSC, Krunal was Senior Manager at RBL Finserve Limited, where he undertook various projects working on a number of new digital initiatives for field agents and micro-borrowers, setting up cashless collections channel through integrated payment gateway, establishing operations structure for efficient management of branch operations, process and policy development for microfinance business segment; He holds an MBA in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). During his MBA, Krunal attended specialization by opting for electives in Project management and Social Entrepreneurship. Krunal also holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, India. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
