She has over two decades of experience working on gender and social inclusion in international, regional, national policies, planning and programs. She provides gender advice on women’s access to financial services like crafting a gendered policy on Digital Financial Services for South Asia and assessing the gender responsiveness of Mobile Financial Services in Bangladesh. She is adept at working with a wide range of stakeholders including government, civil society, bi-lateral organizations as well as the private sector such as banks, financial service providers, impact investment funds, developers and housing finance corporations.
